Returns are easy! We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. 

The product is eligible for return within 15 days without any reason after receipt, or for exchange within 15 days after receipt, if they arrived in damaged condition or the item is defective.

Please make sure the item is in a good condition, which will not affect its second sale. Otherwise, your product will not be accepted for return.

The shipping fee can be negotiated between buyer and seller.

In what circumstances can I return?

You could return your product if it is defective, or damaged in the post, or not as described.

What to do in case of return/refund?

Send an email to jijacraft@outlook.com stating your situation first. We will attend to your return/refund issue in 24 hours. 

Note

To exchange or refund, you must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. Package materials should also be returned. Damaged return or used item may incur additional charge.
